This national business agenda (NBA) forms the analytical foundation by which the priorities and concerns of Sudanese businesses and business organizations related to the war and the post-war reconstruction process will be explicated, and where a series of policy reforms that reflect these priorities and can be adopted on regional and global scales will be recommended.
